Data Entry Clerk(Full Time)

This position reports directly to the General Manager and focuses on providing clerical and analytical support for our Sales, Operations and Accounting departments. Primary tasks include updating and creating reports tasks that recur on daily, weekly and monthly cycles but also includes other ad-hoc administrative activities to maintain electronics records and perform transactions within our ERP database.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, can work independently, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and most importantly is proficient with computers and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities

  • Updates and distributes existing corporate reports on daily, weekly and monthly recurring schedules utilizing existing templates and exported data from corporate ERP database.
  • Provides support as required to Sales, Operations and Warehouse staff by gathering data, performing analysis and creating reports for submission to customers, suppliers and office staff
  • Maintenance of vendor managed inventory records within ERP database
  • Additional digital record keeping tasks, formatting and editing of electronic documents and transaction processing within ERP database software as required

Requirements

  • Strong data management skills and experience with MS Office suite with an emphasis on MS Excel proficiency
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and\or relational database software is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Associate Degree or 2+ years professional experience in similar position

Outside Sales Representative (Full Time)

LThis position focuses on being proactive, self-motivated, driven, and the ability to work in tandem with our inside sales force to generate, follow up, and close sales opportunities as well as uncover new opportunities to increase market share.

Our ideal candidate is proficient with computers and software, goal-oriented and has strong written and verbal communication skills. If you have exceptional organizational skills, draw energy from being part of a team and demonstrate the flexibility to handle unforeseen challenges; we would like to meet you. 1-3 years experience in outside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to interact articulately and professionally with decision makers to obtain additional sales opportunities
  • Utilize a proprietary CRM to maintain sales and customer records for future growth
  • Serve as an extension of Lubker Distribution as a product expert to uncover, foster, and close sales opportunities
  • Participate in strategic sales meetings to identify and develop new sales opportunities

Lubker Distribution Acquires Penny Parts

West Chester, PA – April 2022

LUBKER DISTRIBUTION is pleased to announce that it has acquired certain assets of Penny Parts, Clifton Heights PA.

Penny Parts was founded by Jim Lemisch. The company has been a long standing and trusted supplier to OEM’s of electromechanical assembled products and standard and specialty fasteners (stainless, steel, brass, nylon & more).  

Lubker Distribution is a leading distributor of fasteners, assemblies, and related Class-C components serving industrial Original Equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) worldwide. From its headquarters in West Chester, PA, Lubker Distribution provides over 100,000 SKU’s to its customer base. Lubker Distribution operates primarily through a Vendor managed Inventory model, managing C-part categories for its customers across diverse industrial end-use markets.

Lubker Distribution is excited to welcome Penny Parts associates, customers, and suppliers into the Lubker family. Jim Lemisch will be assisting through a transition period, following the transition he will remain available as a liaison between previous Penny Parts customers and suppliers and Lubker Distribution. Though Jim will be (at least) semi-retired, he welcomes the opportunity to maintain a certain level of customer contact and support of on-going relations. The transition will include relocation of Penny Parts into the Lubker Distribution headquarter facility located in West Chester, PA.
